Thing 9-Collaboration Tools
Edit a famous document-I looked at Zoho Writer and Google Docs. These look like they'd be great tools to work together with others on projects. I especially like the fact that you don't have to be online in GoogleDocs to do it. I wasn't able to add words or changes to the site they referenced, so wasn't sure what I was doing wrong. I spent a lot of time looking at this, viewing the video and tutorial in Google, and I think I'll use this and share it with others who I collaborate with on a newsletter. I love how it took the document and put it out there rather than all the paper trail that email attachments make. Computers seem to have added to our paperwork rather than the other way around it seems to me. When you are working with private data however, these tools would not work. I will definitely explore GoogleDocs now that I have an account and try out some of the ways others are using it.
