Thing 27 Twitter

Signed up for a twitter account and invited some librarians in the more things program to follow. I added a design and some information to my profile. Now I want to add a twitter link to my blog. Here's a link to a website that gives good information on twitter.See link in the sidebar. I also followed the mnmorethings account in twitter, and saw some ideas for how to use this tool in the library. I think I'll use it as a place to tell about books, or updates of various kinds.

Thing 26 Join the 23 things ning

I joined the ning and updated my profile, added my photo and other photos and a video from the Common Craft Show, which I think are great explainers. I also found the MnSCU Librarians group and joined it and posted a comment. I also replied to someone's question about how far along we are. I think it will be great to have a group of librarians in my same library type to talk with and see what they are up to. I also added the ning widget to by blog.
